SWIFT TIMBER has settled in well up at Rossendale but he is still finding his feet back on the ZOO it's pretty obvious he needs to be in the red-jacket and hopefully in his next couple of races he will get back to winning ways...

In the future we may even consider giving him a shot over the hurdles...

After suffering a terrible fall in his last race Swift Timber has been checked over by the Belle Vue vet Di Hodson and Robert Meek. A further check/scan by Tom Peppercorn will take place next Monday and after that I will decide on his future.

If he has to be retired from racing then so be it and I'm sure he will make a wonderful pet..

It's a big week in the life of our ex racer Swift Timber as he gets ready to meet and greet his new potential owners/family and of course others pet dogs and cats.

It can be a slow process in some cases but knowing how laid back Timmy or should I now start to called him 'Jimmy' [his new name] I'm confident he will have know trouble on that score.
