Nobody Has Mentioned Martin Murray's Termination Of His Contract.
LIKE WITH EVERYTHING ELSE THAT GOES ON DOWN AT THE ZOO 'benny' IT WILL ALL COME OUT IN THE WASH..
MY MAIN INTEREST/CONCERN IS WHICH NEW TRAINER OR TRAINERS WILL BE COMING ON BOARD DOWN AT BELLE VUE...
IT'S OVER TO YOU BELLE VUE RACING OFFICE....

It`s easy have 5 open races every friday or saturday night on a regular bases, there`s thirty dogs, Won't work when you can't fill 'em john - half of them would likely be filled by BV dogs anyway, so it's not really an easy answer, short term or otherwise - even though I would like to think it could be!

if they give us more run moneycould put prize money up for opens which will be mostly b.v dogs then just give us more run money, dogs can easily run twice a week well they always did in my day or when flapping.

If the monies right and trainers have faith in the continuity of BV to maintain open races on a regular weekly bases they will come. The faith bit is the problem..

That should apply across the board, your not wrong there!
It also goes a little deeper with reliability and level playing field springing into mind.

Never be a level playing field on any track its the nature of the game i'm afraid .
Sad but true that's why a hell of a lot of people are disillusioned with the sport but hey ho we keep going because we love the sport !!!

GOOD LUCK TRAINER MARTIN MURRAY...
Just like to wish departing trainer Martin Murray all the best of luck when he leaves the ZOO shortly.
It's a shame Martin is based so far from Manchester and I suppose this was always on the cards one day because simply a 250 mile round trip was never going to be easy from day one.
Hopefully a suitable vacancy will come up on Sunderland or Newcastle in the coming months ahead because it will be a shame to see another trainer leaving our sport.
ALL THE BEST MM....

Martin Murray made an impact at the Zoo and had plenty of winners. I suspect all the travelling wore him out and his inevitable resignation came as no surprise. Wish him well and hope he gets a contract a little nearer home. Hope management learn a lesson when they make their next appointment. Motorway driving these days is a nightmare.

BV must have somebody lined up, maybe one of the two lady trainers from the northwest then perrybar will be looking for a replacement.
