A bit of a rush now for trainers Heaton and McCombe to get back up to Sunderland to trial there greyhounds.
Bloody shame they went all the way to Sunderland for nothing.
Hopefully Sunderland will pull out all the stops to make sure everyone get's at least one look round.

Nights like tonight at Sunderland only go to prove what a fantastic job all kennel staff do and why the kennel staff awards are so worthwhile

Thinking about it it's not ideal going into the Bags Championship 1st leg at Sunderland without your greyhounds having a look round.
But plenty of greyhounds go into open races with a trial before hand so at the end of the day if it's not possible to get a trial into them next week then some of Team Belle Vue's greyhounds will have run in the first leg without a trial around Sunderland.
COME ON TEAM 'BELLE VUE'

It's the usually unsung people who aren't directly in the public eye, so to speak, who don't often get the credit they deserve so yes, absolutely. Well said!
