SUPPORTING Friday's RPGTV star billing of the start of the William Hill Derby heats from Wimbledon will also be Romford's Coral On TV Maiden Stayers final over 575m, worth £750 to the winner and where Tony Collett's Lenson Pele looks the one to beat.

Lenson Pele, in Monday's heats, raced home nearly nine lengths clear of Belle Vue raider Aero Apollo in 35.77sec. Next fastest was Ernie Gaskin's Oakfield Lucy with 35.88sec (the track was rated 0.20sec slow for the trip).
