I'm afraid the injuries sustained tonight has led me to follow the vets advice and sadly put this great dog and my favourite dog to sleep. I am absolutely devastated. Rip hawk.

Thinking of you too Ainsley very sad evening. what a sad loss for you ainsley he was without a doubt my favourite stayer at bellevue at the moment i seen this dog run his first or second race at the zoo and i tipped him for the next dog to follow on his thread and said he would make top grade,sorry for you and for joy as she has done a wonderfull job with this dog R.I.P HAWKEYE |

Thanks everyone I can't believe it, he is a super dog in every way and still so much to give, this is the worst thing about this great sport. I feel totally gutted.
