Hiya, If you are a registered owner - contact Janette with your Full name and address and she will help sort you out - no probs!
If you are a member of a syndicate - the names and addresses of four members (not already in receipt of a card) needs to be furnished to the office by the syndicate head! They will then have cards sent out to them via post once validated.

I arrived at the track last night at just after 8,and the foyer was empty. I will contact Janette next week and sort it out with her..Cheers Al

dont know what to beleive here just rang hall green and they put me straight through to belle vue office tell me they have 2 members off staff working through them as they have several hundred CONFUSED WHAT ARE YOU REFRING TO OWNERS PASSES or MEMBERS PASSES ?
THERE ARE NO DELAYS WITH OWNERS PASSES BUT I DO NO THE NEW MEMBERS CLUB PASSES ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BEING SORTED OUT FOR ALL OF THE GRA'S 4 VENUES.
BY THE WAY IF YOU HAVE A CURRENT OWNERS PASS YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO A MEMBERS PASS.

Jimmy - It could well be the Owners Passes being referred to because.......
When the original Owner allocation send processing began - which was from Hall Green, it became apparent that some of the Owner cards were in fact credited to the wrong track, and didn't work at Belle Vue! Due to the numbers involved - this caused sufficient backlog for Hall Green to pass the crediting responsibility for our Owners - back to Belle Vue. As a consequence, all problem with validation Owner cards(for Zoo)are being processed by Janette and co!
Hope this clears things up for all!

If you have four dogs and none are in your own name - i.e. part of a syndicate, it is either the named head, or the syndicate owner who normally processes the passes.
They only have to give your full name and address and the syndicate named dog to janette, and she will help process the passes for you! They will normally be sent out by post to help ensure that the correct people get the passes, plus - this also acts as a filter, because no matter how many dogs you have, or are involved in, each individual owner is only entitled to one pass.
If you are indeed a sole owner of a dog at the track, either someone doesn't like you (only joking)or you may well have been overlooked.

it used to be easy to get your pass.the track gave it to the trainer,the trainer gave it to you.
