Jimmy I am not throwing the towel in just yet as looking forward to my pup reaching the track, but the last nine races have been on the bags, he has had 15 races this year 12 have been on the bags..I cannot remove the dog because I only have a third of him. But I am not having the p**s taken by the r.o. and if I think they are being unduly hard on my pup when he or if he reaches the track I will not hesitate moving him, hope that clears things up....

The Kathryn Harris trained STARMOUNT XPRESS runs this evening down at Coventry in heat 2 of the Modest Newdown 1973 Puppy Cup.
He also appears on our Friday evening's advance race card at the ZOO.
I would imagine he will be removed from Friday's card at the ZOO when the final version of the card will be made pubic around lunch-time tomorrow.

Can someone explain how the racing office decide which dogs run BAGs & which are in evening races (I'm a new owner)
What is the frequency between BAGs and evening racing - 50/50?
Ive seen posts that says 10 BAGs meets in a row! Surely owners would 'speak with their feet' and take dogs elsewhere?
I'm sure most are happy to do a fair share - 10 in the bounce seems excessive? Is this normal
We bought our dog for nights out etc as a social thing - so BAGs is effectivly useless to us - although we understand we'd have to do our share.

I have now had time to sit down an do the sums regarding my dogs seemingly being stuck on the BAGS. Slip The Banshee is off injured and Aero Venetian has just run his debut so we can disregard those two.
Of the others, going from when I bought my last, of their last 13 runs each at Belle Vue they have been:-
Baltylum Jill: 8 of 13 BAGS (62%) of which the last 5 runs have been BAGS
Fangin Feather: 8 of 13 BAGS (62%) of which the last 4 have been BAGS
Hug The Rails: 9 of 13 BAGS (69%)
Hug The Rails has ran the last two over 590 and has been used Friday/Saturday. She was off last week so maybe the move up in distance will see her get a better shot at the evening races and I guess time will tell.
With my trainers blessing I'll be contacting the RO to query.
