I thought he was a wee bit unlucky in his last race and should go closer this time to the favourite Society Run. Finished fourth that day so a place at least looks on the cards today . Hawkeyethenoo with a name like that you would expect me to go for it 11/1 a win 11/4 a place. Good luck everybody today Great! thread statto21 (Stewart) thanks ================================================ Posted by hayley29921wouldnt let joseph ride a push bike I think he should retire to to Blackpool beach he wont need a leg up there, he is tall enough to touch the sand

May I pass on a good word for Bunker in the 2.30 today.
Last Saturday in Racing Post Richard Hughes said this was his best ride of the week.
Lets see if he,s right

You need to be in a bunker following Tom Segal this week. I count it 27 losers so far! The law of averages says he may get a winner today. Not a tip from me but Hugh Taylor on ATR selects "Stencive" as well. I think I'll just stick to viewing today.
I hope some of you backed "Remote" on Thursday. He's very smart, highly progressive and should hold his own stepped up to Group One's in the future.

page 24 of the racing post has an article about the group profits of bet 365 the firm owned by the Coates family and also owners of Stoke City Fc.
How much do you think their turnover was last financial year.? Up 57% to 20 billion pounds!! Profits of £148.3 million after losses of £30.9 million by Stoke City. My God no wonder I find it hard to win. 20 Billion ,that's mega money. Regards Stewart who may be skint after today

No wonder then - that they can afford to keep giving "best price", roll up on any winner of 4/1 or more on TV and chucking you a freebie fiver every so often to help sweeten the pill! IMO fair value - but only if you are lucky enough to keep finding the winners eh? Still -better than nowt I suppose

That's it for another year . Think bookies have had a good week to be honest . Must have won today and Friday with 5 favs winning out of the 30 races.
On a personal note I had a decent day today backing Glass Office ew at 25/1 Stencive ew at 10/1 and the last winner ew Chilberta King at 8/1 . (and a free bet on the next channel 4 race) over the 5 days staked £425 and won £34 . great weeks entertainment and I have enjoyed every minute of it.
Only 52 weeks till next year
Regards Stewart
