Exciting times ahead for Rolo,Brian's team, and myself. I'm really looking forward to this race on Thursday on Sky Sports. Its unknown territory for Rolo so we are a little bit unsure if he will stay this distance but we aren't scared to give it ago. You have to be in it to win it as the saying goes. Win or lose I'm very proud of this dog. Good luck lad.

This is the race that I will be looking forward to watching the most on Thursday night,it would be nice to see the home dogs go well. Maybe then, the powers that be..could put on a distance race now and again. Best of luck

Thank you Tony. As I say we aren't sure if he stays this distance but we are giving it ago. Even if he does stay he will need to run the race of his life to try and hold these stayers off. But anything is possible in this game. The very best of luck with both of your dogs in the Opens. I feel they will both run very well. And yes your right it will be good to see the home dogs running well.

Rolo ran a very good race last night up until around the 700m mark. We now know its to far for him regards the marathon distance. I spoke to Brian and the dog is very tired today. He may have a break now but I will leave it to Brian's team.

Rolo left it late tonight to win the A1. He made up a lot of ground and finished well to get up. The dog doesn't have much middle pace and he was about 4 lengths off the leader down the back straight but he started to run on the home straight. The dog is fantastic and is exciting to watch. Thank you to Brian and his team and of course Rolo.
