I think barny will lead is just if he can hang on coming around the 4th may be lackng a bit ov fitness think he may just get beat over the last 20 meaters or so

Unfortunately barney has torn his grasilas muscle and will be out for a while hope its not a bad one and will be back soon

Good news today the vet has been down the kennels and has given the all clear for barney to race again and to step up his training were not going to rush him back but good news hopefully he can have a change of luck and keep his fitness up this time

All looking good for barney so far so good has done some hard galloping and just had a hand slip he's looking very sharp and rearing to go another hand slip with a bit longer to the bend in the next fex days and then if ok think he's ready for the boxes and a trile

Barneys had two hand slips at ellsmere and gon really well this morning we've had him out ov the traps over the 265 m sprint were he's clocked a 15 70 and the lads at ellsmere think is was running a bit slow so very pleased with him so far hoping he is ok to hav a sprint trile at bv this weekend

Thornfield gold is in great form at the moment would be good to see him back fit and giving him a run for his money want him to have a few 470s first get him up to speed
