the fastest time this year for the 500m is 29.72 by DILLY DILLY so 29.69+ was a good run and if the winner hadn't took AMROSE ground coming around the last bend he would have won it,,, his trapping let him down doing a 5.12 split

the fastest time this year for the 500m is 29.72 by DILLY DILLY so 29.69+ was a good run and if the winner hadn't took AMROSE ground coming around the last bend he would have won it,,, his trapping let him down doing a 5.12 split John ambrose is a super super dog but take nothing away from the winner he was simply better on the night racing is all about ifs and buts once the dogs are in the traps it’s all down to them I’m sure nobody minds running a good race and losing to a time like that good luck next week maybe different trap draws may see a different result but if the killers dog runs like that again well it’ll take a very very good run to beat him in that time |

I agree NATHAN the best dog on the night won the race and I wished I owned him,but im a great fan of AMBROSE and he's won me a few bob so I'm bias he was only beat in a fast finishing 1/2 a length if they ever meet again my moneys on AMBROSE to turn it around.
