BECAUSE OF THE VIRUS, it has and will continue for as long as it lasts effect racing at bv. THERE will be a knock-on effect on our and all other dogs appearances. this will be apportioned in as fair a manner as can be. it is obvious that with the surplus of dogs you may not get as many runs as you would like.but its the same for everyone. and a level of understanding will be required. anyone concerned can pm me anytime. at least everyone on the 40% won't still be paying any kennel fees and that for yourselves is a blessing. hope we can last out also. please be understanding and hope things improve for all of us sooner rather than later. we wish all of our owners the best.

don't know for sure. but I wouldn't think so, it would take a lot longer than needed.so if there's no probs .weights etc.then it should be plain sailing.

Let's hope they can start again in 3 weeks even if they have to keep behind closed doors for a time it just depends on the situation

it's all down to this virus. some say till Christmas.or even beyond. It may well be IF some of the countless irresponsible people keep ignoring the general guidelines won't it? The virus won't spread itself, so the less people about will surely lessen the impact and allow this to wither and die - in time, at least for this first phase, and provide valuable breathing space, no pun intended, for all of our protective services to do their job without hindrance. There are still far too many people NOT taking this serious enough, but when the penny drops, and they do - we will begin to notice the difference. Here's to more staying safe, and just as importantly, staying on the same page!

ANOTHER UPDATE.ALL dogs have to retrial.its not a problem just a massive delay. Not that much of one in relationship to the very unusual problems we are currently experiencing here! IF & when we get the go ahead to resume, it would only require a careful proactive plan being put into place requiring every trainer to conform where they can, to the schedule produced - so massive doesn't come into it! Rather than racing, which we couldn't anyway due to qualification criteria. IF NEEDED, the whole track strength could be graded on (or at least be given the chance), over a maximum of a two week period! This would include all newbies! Job done! This wouldn't be a time for making difficulties, nor making excuses, we should be ready and raring to go, whatever days are laid down for trialing in! They might be fairly long days - but well worth the trouble in the long run.
