could roy put some of the stuff up here and sell them off, he could cover his outlay and maybe a donation to the rgt, there was some nice greyhound and other memorabilia but hard to explain it without pointing it out, just a thought..ps thanks for all the input at the stadium roy and all the best, ditto to all the other loyal staff.. 'JC'
In time Roy will be making a DVD about the ZOO.
He has loads of items and he has told me what he plans to do in the near future.
It's all a bit of a rush now because everything has to be removed by the end of this week.

Cheers Al thanks for the reply . Those lottery numbers are required again or someone prepared to take a Punt on the old place ..Covid or no Covid Thanks beanster, I will of course endeavour to keep you informed should there be any changes of a positive nature! Simon has been in touch with me this morning. Although current circumstances are far from ideal due to the CV - 19 putting the mockers on any serious investment at the moment -I am able to inmform you that Simon is still "in there" battling away on our behalf, and will continue to do so until all avenues of hope for salvation have been extinguished. I have alkready stated that things are grim and why should I say anything different, but until all hope has been lost, the search for serious interest from genuine investors will continue! Al

My County GAA organisation is building a new stadium for the county team, 12 million euro with a population of 128,000 live in the county, plenty of fund raising and donations.
Nearly 3 million people in Manchester.....and nobody to buy the track

Be interesting to see how much affordable housing actually materializes. In my experience it ends up being a fraction of what's promised at the planning stage.

the builders promise affordable housing.but very often it's just missed .of at the outcome.all they do is give them an access charge.and that's not often.
