Happy to say 6 out of the 8 winners are home bred. Cobweb and Nidderdale Fox are from ex Belle Vue top grade runners Nidderdale Lark and Blastoff Diaz. Blastoff Diaz is also the sire of Yankee Beta,her dam having been another ex Belle Vue top grader in the form of Yellowtown Again. Carrys Gold and litter sister Blythe Blossom are by former Belle Vue grader Brindle Tom, which finally brings us to Blythe Basil who ran a fare number of his early races at Belle Vue, his dam is Solid Ace, who along with her litter sister Solid Brenda both spent their careers running at The Zoo. Of the final two winners Nidderdale Days opened up racing career at Belle Vue and ran 48 of her current 101 races there. Although we didn't breed Choo Choo, he came into the kennels at around 16 weeks, so was raised and schooled by us as if he was one of our own. Bored you enough now....but the The Zoo will always live on through our hounds😁
