A Dogs Tail Of 2 Cities

I have 2 dogs on BV with the same trainer ......One of the dogs ran last friday but hadn't had a run for 2 weeks previously, then surprise surprise he's not out this week, so there's a good chance it'll be another fortnight since his last run......which in my book equates to 2 runs in a month.

Now the other dog back from injury runs twice in the last 4 days.....Is this common place or just another case for Arthur C Clarke's mysterious world.

There doesn't seem to be any consistency....do most owners on here get the expected one run a week or are some of you in the same boat.

It'll be interesting to know your comments.....

It's a poor do 'JM'

When your greyhound is fit to race it should at least run once a week, and over a month there is no reason why any greyhound can even race 5 or 6 times.

'consistency' by a grader at any greyhound stadium in the country only applies when it suit's I'm afraid.

The dogs that has run twice in 4 days has now been put out on tonights card.......3 times in a week...Whilst the other dog is lying on his bed only dreaming about getting regular races at BV....funny old game innit ?
