Barnet Fair has another one of these events in him, but has basically turned himself into a cliff horse and hes had me over it a good few times with his hard luck stories

Taajub runs in the Ascot 5-20 today if anyone is still following it and is well touted up. Timeform View Top Tip: TAAJUB (11) Taajub looked on the way back on his penultimate start, and although he wasn't at his best last time, he could be worth chancing as he bids to follow up last year's win in this event. Joe Packet is lurking on a dangerous mark and can go well, while Dutch Masterpiece and Face The Problem are others to consider. Timeform 1-2-3 1: TAAJUB (11) 2: JOE PACKET (13) 3: DUTCH MASTERPIECE (1) Personally at the odds Barnet Fair interested me but he's never run on soft going and with rain about I'd rather check on the going before the off before making a commitment. Taajub is handicapped to win this race but was disappointing last time when well backed. previously had no run at Sandown and finished full of running. Think I may have a small bet in case he returns to form. Regards Stewart

Well lads it never rained and the going stayed fast so like a lemming I grasped the nettle and followed Barnet Fair over the cliff and the old boy won at 10/1! Taajub never looked likely to figure after halfway. Maybe the owner trainer wants another 7lb in hand before releasing the handbreak. That's 2 winners from 2 selections I've given now, I'll have to start charging!

Wouldn't think that surferboy when your running for the best part of 28,000 in winng prize money, just another example of a sprinter who, when on song will do the business, as did the old 5 yr old Barnet Fair for you today

Today at Naas saw the debut of The O,Brien trained Great white Eagle. Bought for 760,000 gns at the breeze ups he dotted up beating a good field with 4 previous winners in it.
Could be anything

Got anything for Haydock on Saturday for me chaps? Best tip I can give you at moment is back your horses with Best odds guaranteed bookie on the morning before you go.
last Saturday was ridiculous at Goodwood with trackside bookies shortening every horse up on course.
10/1 the field in the morning for the stewards cup saw fav going off at 9/2 and 3 more starting 8/1 or less . Still if the punters will take it they will lay those prices. will let you know if I fancy anything
Regards Stewart from a nice evening in Blackpool
