Rolo ran another honest race last night, He's improved a bit on his last run. We don't think he likes Sheffield that much to be honest. I must say he was beaten by a class act in Droopys Alex, A top open dog. But I must say Rolo was with him at the pick up so we feel he needs further again.

Considering he ran 2 days ago at Sheffield over the 6 bends I'm Very pleased with Rolos trial at Nottingham today beating Sugar Loaf by 3 lengths in 30-33. That run will really help him next Monday in the Inter track.

Rolo didn't have much of a chance in the inter track. It is plain to see the inside dogs have had an advantage tonight, I'm not saying he would of won but he would of been a lot closer. Also he nearly stopped down the back straight because he thought the hare was stopping, so his race comments said Eased Sough! Sums up Rolos night! But I'm over the moon that the team are back in the running, terrific effort.

Here's hoping More Rollos is more at home in the final leg at the ZOO on the 4th of December....
Forget tonight's below-par effort at Colwick Park and look forward..

Very very proud of Rolo tonight. He got beat by a odds on shot and a class dog. He was clear at the pick up which shows how well he was finishing. He's a top grade dog and he doesn't finish out of the first 3 very often in A1s. He's a cracking dog.

Rolos first run today over the 590m. He clocked an average time and he will improve on that. Hopefully he's in the running for the Inter track. He will run much better on his home track.

Rolo was asleep in the boxes tonight. You can't give that class to much start. He stayed on ok but I wish he could trap better. But that's the way he his and I wouldn't swap him. There's always next week. Well done son.

Rolo was very impressive tonight. He started very well which isn't like him. He's stayed on very well to win the A2 in 27-89. A top run. Well done lad. Thank you Brian and his team.
