Better last night, crowded at the start and first bend but ran on well ..picked up Graigues Diva on the run in, still overweight and short of race fitness but hopefully on the right track.

Ran well for 48 then either lack of fitness or not staying the 500 kicked in.
I am very hopeful she is on her way back, to run Catrig Croft to1 l and be crowded is a fair effort.
