COME ON 'DEXTER' Thanks very much I’m quite sure we are just making up the numbers but it’s all about experience for me with dexter the dog is an absolute gent at home even with my little jack Russel bitch in the house I’m just learning the training side of things the dog owes me nothing as I git him for £300 last year and got my cash back with profit at Askern lol he isn’t open class but he might just pick up the odd easy one here or there when the weather is better Bellevue 590 is his best for me but unfortunately they aren’t having any opens yet but like I say maybe in the summer when the weather is better we can back to the zoo thanks nathan |

We finished last today unfortunately but to be honest I knew we would be in the last two somewhere as we were outclassed by far better dogs lol anyhow we have just got home and the dog is really really well after the run and my experience was good today the track staff couldn’t have been more helpful I’d explained that this was my first ever owner trainer runner and they were more than happy to answer any of my queries and help me out I did get told off by the track vet for using trainers choice before he raced as apparently it’s a no no to do that and they even gave me two free meal tickets too lool so yes really enjoyed the day and came home safe n sound to take part in more

Took dexter for a gallop tonight and boy did he enjoy it I couldn’t throw the tennis ball far enough to get him galloping for but then my pal who was with me started to run off with the ball and dexter was going mad wanting to chase him so we have my pal about a 80 metre head start and boy did dexter go to catch him that’s the first t8me since iv had him home that iv galloped him and wow it was good fun he is tired now and asleep on his bed lol

  Dexter chilling out with his housemate this morning next week he will be back racing at bellevue until he retires now so hopefully there will be plenty of the 590 races on at the track in the coming months |

Really pleased with Dexter’s trial tonight missed his break and got out paces early to run on and only get beaten a length good run considering he hasn’t raced for 8 weeks and he really enjoyed the run too

Hard race to sum up tonight for dexter he isn’t race fit yet so we don’t think he can win i think the 2 should get a soft lead on the fence and the 4 should also run a good race so I’m gonna be doing a £2 reverse forecast tricast 2-3-4 and a £26 win on my lad so it’s a total stake of £50 but as long as they all come of safe and sound is the main job good luck all runners
