Good evening Jester Off on your travels tomorrow evening your destination the place they call the Zoo If ever there was a time to perform to your best ability it will be tomorrow young fella Its finals night at the Zoo and the place should be rocking Grade A6 for you and on time and all known form you all have a equal chance "BUT" the young lady on your outside in orange is a middle runner and she has early so Jester their could be trouble and the last thing I want is for you to get injured If you feel you can get a flyer and I mean a flyer by all means do so but if you don't feel up to it fall out and have a pleasant but safe stroll round it matters not one jot to me just as long as you come back safe and sound Enjoy your evening Master Wonky Hock

ok, so John must have slept in, celebrating this dog's great showing last night. for this dog to win the prize money he would have to run well. he did just that, again I can't believe the time, it must have been stone crazy fast.+60 at least. however, credit must go to Ian greeves. this dog broke a hock when young and has a massive deformity of his hock, to win a £250 sweepstake final with such an injury is nothing more than phenomenal.and he did it in style.in fact, I would go so far as to say its one of our sweetest victories ever. the reason I applaud Ian grieves is he assured me this dog could still run despite its obvious injuries. HE WAS RIGHT. oh and John has the 40%

A good early evening to you Jester "The Cauld Lad of Hylton Castle" Outstanding is the word that describes your performance last night in the arena at the place they call the Zoo I told you if there was ever a time to perform to the best of your ability it was surely last night in front of a packed stadium on finals night and you young fella did not disappoint Your quickest split and overall time to date and to win by four and a quarter lengths and still ahead at the pick up well Jester it was a fabulous performance I know I told McCreevy I shouted myself hoarse throughout his race but it was emotion what got the better of me just after you crossed the line after all of what you have been through in your short life this performance gave the middle digit to all those who mocked you and your wonky hock And it all goes to show that you do not have to be perfect to be good and you Jester were very good last night I am one proud dad One last thing young fella just after you won I looked out of the window and I am certain I saw "The Cauld Lad of Hylton" the Ghost or Barghest who haunts Hylton Castle just down the road from me giving me the thumbs up Or was it the Potcheen I had been given as a gift whatever it was I had a joyous evening

Good evening Jester I hope you are snuggled up in your kennel and resting as tomorrow sees you down at the place they call the Zoo on the afternoon bags meeting Up a couple of grades to A4 but the racing office have by no way been harsh and if you could produce a similar performance as last week you have a chance of getting the double Your young kennel mate Million(raised three grades) has the clock on you but not by much and other rivals are dropping in grade but nothing worth having in life is easy and you have not had a easy life but you are as tough as teak and I know you will give it a go As always be careful out there and come back safe and sound

Good evening Jester I take my hat off to you young fella a repeat performance was asked for and you duly obliged What a cracking race you ran yesterday although up two grades you didn't let it phase you there was a job to do and you did a job on your rivals You do look as if you are enjoying life and it shows especially in your last two contests they were for me a joy to watch your early pace getting you into a position where you can dictate the pace and then gradually wind it up from the front breaking the hearts of your rivals their are no more pointing paws or sarcastic barks at the kid with the Wonky Hock You are "The Cauld Lad" of Hylton and you young sir are my hero Late news Jester you are out this Wednesday I will post you later with my views

Hello again young fella You do indeed race tomorrow and the grade is A3 and the racing office have been very fair with you giving you another chance to progress up the grading ladder Saying that you will have to yet again improve as a few of your rivals have won in this grade and in a higher grade but on overall times there is not a great deal between all of you I don't want to tempt that scourge fate but lately you have shown some lovely early from the boxes and if you could produce the same tomorrow you could get a clear passage to the first bend as the four on your inner tend to go middle or middle to rails and the lady in red rails to middle a spot of bother one could assume Whatever the result of tomorrows race you Jester have far exceeded what anyone could have hoped for after all that you have been through Be careful and come back safe and sound

A very good evening to you Jester You my young warrior were outstanding today I watched your race in a local Bookmaking establishment and to say I got excited during your race is a understatement You had been given the toughest assignment of your short career at the place they call the Zoo I had hinted that you may have to step it up a notch to take a hand at the finish but what I witnessed was something from a hound that doesn't understand the word "Defeat" You did indeed get your sharp exit from the traps and yes you dictated the pace from the sharp end but what made me so so proud was when half way down the run in young Mary took the lead you bit the bullet and came back to get up on the line the heart of a lion and a true Gladiator The journey continues
