this just one example of the 40% at work, he may well see out his days at bv if he stays sound./you would have to ask John if he's happy with the 40%.he has a bad injury that precludes selling him. though don't think it has all been roses, we near fell out over killaghan impact.I actually gave the dog away.he's still running and winning. as long as hes homed when finishing his racing that's all I want.but he reached what I had deemed his zenith, and the younger blood has to have its day,its only like any football team etc.top players reach an age they have to make way,its the only way forward, its not personal its business. I'm sorry about banging on about things but some have tried to ruin the 40% LETS HOPE THEY FAIL. BECAUSE IF YOU WORK IT OUT AND YOU GET A GOOD RUN, ITS MAGIC. but however, we work it no one can win them all.

The 40% deals I have had with Dave & Bev have been a mix of good dogs and some bad ones more good and a lot of good nights in the 20 years I would say I am in front ( lol ) . Dave & Bev are very good people and are dedicated to what they do and the 40 % deal is one of them and rehoming the dogs after racing is anorther . If I wasn’t so ill I would have a lot more Dave keep up the good work and let Bev a day of all the best pat

A very very good evening to you young Jester You may be confused why the second "very" well my little hero you have just been given the accolade of "Hound of the month" a recognition by the powers that be of your truly amazing performances in the month of September Starting off with a victory in grade A6 culminating in a victory in grade A3 which my young warrior allows you to lock horns with hounds who ply their trade in the top grades at the Zoo starting tomorrow Grade A2 for you Jester and obviously things will be that little bit tougher but like the saying goes "When the going gets tough the tough get going" and you my little wonky hockster are as tough as teak as young Mary found out when she had the audacity to take the lead off you in the home straight last week only for you to dig deep and come again to get up on the line which young fella invariably got you this award You Jester have far exceeded what some people would have thought you could ever have achieved with such a injury you had so early in your life (except me I thought a Cat1 was a distinct capability) but everything you do from now on is "GRAVY" Tomorrow my young hero accept any accolades afforded to you by your fellow warriors and be gracious as nobody likes a "Billy big head" but remember they will all want to knock your recently acquired crown off so prepared to take no prisoners And finally it goes without saying but I will still say it anyway enjoy your day at the track may your race be trouble free and you Jester come back safe and sound

THE PHENOMENA THAT IS BARGEST.5 wins from 12 runs.and the highest rating of 80.all done with a broken hock that stands out, yet doesn't seem to bother him. he has now reached a plateau so he won't be winning many more.I wouldn't think. also won a dog of the month. right on.

A good late evening to you Jester The Cauld Lad of Hylton First of all what a great performance you produced last time you were at the Zoo finishing second in your first A2 well done young fella The same grade for you tomorrow and you have got a chance to go one better as the overall times of you and your rivals are much the same as are the splits and nothing stands out but it does look like you will all be getting to the first side by side so crowding may be the order of the day lets hope not So young fella smash those lids put your paws to the floor get to the sharp end early doors and kick on with your wonky hock and put the pace to the race but the most important thing to me is not a victory but for you to come back safe and sound but if you chucked a victory in I couldn't complain could I Jester

Good evening Jester Out and about for you tomorrow as you are off to the Zoo to strut your stuff once again in a grade A2 You cannot afford to miss the break as all of your rivals have a bit of toe from the boxes and some have overall times you could only dream about but dreams sometimes come true young Jester and if all of that wasn't enough for you to think about a certain young lady in blue who has been away for a while with girly dog things has a 27.90 winning by 5 lengths in a A1 to her name and if fit enough well you know what could happen then don't you young fella she would finish second to you! Mr Wonky Hock you be careful out there and come back safe and sound

Good evening Jester In the wars last time you entered the arena fingers crossed lady luck points her finger in your direction tomorrow Grade A2 for you and the race on paper looks to be a race where you or any of your rivals could take the honours in a open looking contest I don't envisage any of your rivals on your inner drifting wide so you and your kennel mate Damien work it out between yourselves where each of you are going when hitting the first bend if both of you get this right you could both be putting the pace to the race and hopefully you Mr Wonky Hock win that particular race to the line Both of you be careful out there and both of you come back safe and sound

Good evening Jester On your travels again tomorrow and its off to the Zoo for you Mr Wonky Hock Grade A2 and a very open looking race but after saying that a couple of your rivals one of which is Buzz your team mate have one very good time to their names which got them into this grade but have not done those times or near before or after so if you could conjure up a performance which got you Hound of the month you would have every chance and by the way Jester every hound to themselves no team orders Have a good one young Wonky Hock but make sure you come back safe and sound

Good evening Jester You are the flag bearer tomorrow carrying Team Borosilicates colours Grade A2 young fella on overall times you will be wagging the dogs tail as all of your rivals have produced better times than you so far Your rival in the outspan box has won in this grade with a sub 28secs and your kennel mate Damien has won in this grade need I go on I hinted to you last time that you would have to up your game to take a hand in the finish well Jester you certainly did that running a cracker to finish second beaten by a fast diminishing three quarters of a length would you could you repeat that performance? One thing I know for certain is that you will give 100% and that's all one could ask for but I am greedy and I want my young Wonky Hock back 100% safe and sound The team have had enough bad news this week
