AS YET NO OFFERINGS OF ARC OR THE GBGB HAVE BEEN RECEIVED ITS A BIT early.we have enough at the minute, but I know things won't/can't last.
THE sooner we can get back to running around the track the better.
we are still working the dogs but nowhere near a\s hard.
we have had to furlough our boarding kennel staff. not a dog or cat booked in .they have all canceled.
so things are slack.
looking forward to a return. the goverment will relax things soon as is possible cause they can't afford to keep up their promises.
so maybe see you quicker than you think. and thanks for the post.

Thanks dave I know horseracing is looking at May 1st behind closed doors to start off with and hopefully that will apply to the dogs as well but again it all depends on everyone doing there bit, isolation is paramount where I live its like a ghost town now and I would imagine its the same everywhere but we have to do right things to get rid of it and return to a happier life

WELL, your posts are the only thing moving so keep it up. and if its the first of may 1st could handle that, however, no one knows for sure at this time, but there's no harm in wishing. if it gets too late we shall have to home loads.many of our dogs are aging nearly as old as me.  |

we still have plenty of dogs on the 40% or you have the opportunity[if it is to buy outright] a dog.or weigh up the 40% and see if it suits you better, its the most affordable way to obtain a share in a greyhound. the advantages are many the disadvantages are few.
ask any amount of relative questions you want.see some of the posters in our section. if we can we will answer what you want to know.
I may have existed in isolation for too long, but I have a sprinter.[not tried yet] but I'm hopeful it will a very decent dog, we shall see.
let's get back to racing.A S A P.

just reading your post about the sprinter its very limited at the zoo because there only one grade,look at Westway dino cant stop winning when he runs and then they leave him off for up to 3 weeks to give the others a win so u might struggle with that,they need to build numbers up on sprints say D1 to D3 which is not easy

reading the post on the 40% changes as u know am heavily involved in it doesn't effect present owners but to clarify dave is it to new owners only plus if any present owners wanted another share nothing changes on that score could u clear that one up cheers

do you mean can you have your own people to share, meaning you syndicate one of your shares.yes you can.
or do you mean can anyone choose to pay and share prizemoney? yes, they can.
I'm still undecided to finish with 40% only and do a deal to sell 40% but charge kennel fees. of 40% then you get a share of the prize money.
we found that it didn't earn too much , and it was hard to collect of some. who owed and it was decided it was easier to forget it. however 40%doesnt pay at all at this present time. but those who went into this got no kennel bills, and that's always attractive to some.but not all.
what i /we have to recognize is we have some very good customers and we have to be fair to everyone.
and we do try to treat everyone with confidentiality and respect.

Hello Dave hope you are all keeping ok with the lock down.how is Elaine doing.if you need any keep money just let me know.me and my wife anne have not been out for two weeks only another ten to go.Anne is just recovering from a 11 hour operation in Christie hospital and is worried about this virus.good luck to you all I hope its soon over.and we can visit to see you and Elaine.
