Yes , it is going to take a few weeks to get the items stored in a lock up . The lock up is nearly booked . It is a huge task to get this done but itβs all on track .... ! Having a lock up is an going cost so to offset this I will put the items up for sale . I may give the BVOF members a first refusal and can arrange to meet any member at the lock up which is dry and secure . Will keep you posted ..... On a personal note I have managed to get a small gardening round going and last week got the green light to look after a large horse riding school near Manchester Airport , so everything I learnt at Belle Vue Dogs has stood me in good stead ... I look back on my time at BelleVue with a lot of pride and always gave everything I ever did there , 100% .... I still think there could be a few more twists and turns in the whole situation , who in Gorton can afford a three bedroom semi for Β£200,000 ... ? What state is the construction industry in ? A new buyer at BV would have to strip the place down , most of the stuff being carted out is old and second hand ... I think with Simon Walmsley around we still have a chance , he is a genuine guy , has the contacts and the vision for the future . The potential is huge at BV ...

Ya. Ya very much John ! My dad used to say always give projects your best shot and thatβs what I always tried to do . Yes I have. managed to get a part gardening round going , the riding school was a bit of good fortune to get that work , quite large grounds over forty huge stables there, nice folk who run it . Right next to the runway !! I have also offered to do al the holiday camera cover at Arc, s four other tracks and Rachel Corden will consider this offer ......

Is the Christmas Tree available?. I would imagine that would have been moved to one of the other 'ARC' tracks by now.

Good luck with the 4 Arc tracks, Roy. They'd be foolish to let someone of your calibre 'go'.And your other work, too, of course.
