:::::GBGB LICENSES EXTENDED:::::

All GBGB licensed trainers and their kennel staff will have their licenses extended
to the end of March 2022.

The Greyhound Regulatory Board made this decision as it will allow for the
completion of the Certification Audits of the residential kennels and renewals for all
licensed trainers before the licences expire.

Trainers will receive their renewal notification for 2022 over the coming weeks and
months as their audits are completed.

ARC Greyhound Racing Fixture Update

Arena Racing Company (“ARC”) can confirm a number of amendments greyhound racing fixtures over this forthcoming weekend and into the week commencing Monday 18 July.

In the interest of participant welfare, a number of Greyhound Racing fixtures will be cancelled,

Fixtures at ARC stadia from Sunday evening onwards will be cancelled. Sunderland is currently scheduled to race on Sunday morning, but Central Park’s scheduled fixture that evening will not take place.

Equally, all ARC fixtures scheduled for Monday 18 July (Perry Barr and Central Park in the morning, Nottingham in the evening) will not take place, with all scheduled fixtures on Tuesday 19 July (Perry Barr and Central Park in the morning, Sunderland in the afternoon and Newcastle in the evening) also cancelled.

A further update regarding any amendments to ARC horseracing fixtures during this period will be offered shortly.

ARC/TRP FIXTURES FOR 2023

TAKEN FROM THE GREYHOUND STAR — OCTOBER 26, 2022



The Arena Racing Company/The Racing Partnership have unveiled their 2023 fixtures which, for the first time, will include Central Park, which they purchased back in 2021. Their service comprises of ten tracks.

A total of 36 fixtures per week will be broadcast to licenced betting offices, equating to more than 1,860 fixtures per year. Four fixtures per week, including a Sunday afternoon, will be broadcast from Central Park, with Kinsley increasing from three to four weekly fixtures. Swindon reduces from five to four meetings.

TRP will, from January 2023, broadcast Friday evening racing from Sunderland, as well as a Saturday evening fixture from Perry Barr.



Changes from 2022:


Monday: Kinsley is an additional Monday afternoon fixture.
Central Park do not race

Tuesday: Central Park replaces Kinsley morning meeting

Wednesday: Kinsley replaces Swindon morning meeting,
Central Park replaces Sunderland evening

Thursday: Sunderland Newcastle switch fixtures

Friday: Swindon switch morning to afternoon,
Sunderland additional evening meeting

Saturday: Perry Barr switches morning to evening.
Additional Swindon morning
