I'm generally pessimistic.in cases like this.
the consensus of the outcome is usually with the planner, and cases like this probably favour the submitter. where there is a need for housing[and gb is unable to stem the flow of migrants] so build anywhere there's an open space.
in the past that particular area was always noted for leisure purposes, speedway zoo etc, the fact that years later the powers that be regret the closing of the zoo.will they in the future regret [if closed] the greyhounds.
although I think it will be a close run thing I no longer think it will be a gimmee, however, I'm not optimistic in the wiseness of our councillors.
now I know that this bit of mine doesn't represent any more than a reply it's not brilliance by any means but it's well meant. and at least. a reply.
