Does any body know what the annual rent was being paid to crown oils from belle vue. It must be a massive loss of income to them. I have seen it reported at £249,000 per annum. Not only are they losing at least 2 years rent but would imagine the purchase price pre Covid will be renegotiated down. Obviously they were not to know but their pension stakeholders will be taking the hit. At this moment in time it is impossible to say when the site fully developed would be complete, any purchase price Crown Oil gets will have taken a big hit from lost rental. I wonder if the administrators of the pension fund are wishing that they may have entered into purposeful talks with Arc , if Arc had shown interest. Hindsight a great thing and they will not be on their own thinking how things could have turned out different.

Hindsight a great thing and they will not be on their own thinking how things could have turned out different. Not wishing to put the wrong slant on this george - but most of what you are reporting is wrong and misleading! What I can say is that Crown Oil are NOT losing out on anything as they still have their sale agreement price which WAS subject to planning being granted - which it has! At this stage C- Est still expect to make 4Million from their build once they have been cleared to develop the site (subject to there not being a resale in the meantime) - This is/was still currently being held up until the full course of the ACV granted to FOBVS has run its course as per criteria laid down by Gov. Please don't ask for more detail as I am unable to supply it! Finally - as oft discussed here on the forum, we are still in there fighting, but this is increasingly beginning to look like a lost cause because things haven't fallen quite the way we would have wanted. Causes being many, the main one of course being CV - 19 which has somewhat dampened the enthusiasm for forward looking investment! The recent vaccine news looks like being too little and too late - for us! Lottery or NOWT - or so it appears...........ongoing - We run out of time, the dozers go in!!!!!!
