On the subject of our sister track down in Birmingham they at this time are finding the going very tough each and every week trying to stage / fill 4 BAGS meetings along with there Saturday evening fixture.
Why on earth Perry Barr have got 4 BAGS meetings and we at the ZOO only have 2 has always been a puzzle to me.
With both tracks under the control of the GRA you would have thought they would have shared it out a wee bit better / fairer ie: 3 BAGS meetings each!

ah the sound of silence, who has the most to gain from the track staying open and who will continue to serve up a bum deal to those who support the track they must be laughing their socks off. |

Tried to watch the racing on 24 dogs last night and what a bum deal it was, the race videos were a joke and has the bloke on the commentary been chopped again ??

Very poor last night, biggest crowd of the year, 1 tote booth in the whole of the downstairs, no tote or bar outside

Who ever the person is who promotes the stockcars bv want to sign them up.. it was buzzing this morning and that was just the gear being set up for the afternoon races, sweet stalls for kids food outlets [ coming from stoke] being set up plenty of razz a matazz.....goldmine just waiting...
