Massive difference. And let's b onset what prices do u get on Fridays and Saturdays when u cum down before first race and place your bets for the nite, that again is just selfish, do u think that cud affect the opening show?
Since I started doing the market mover reports I have had an arrangement whereby I place my bets before racing which allows me to watch the market and do the market mover reports. Its as simple as that!
I must say that I am heartened by your concern about this matter, paul. What I propose to you is that in future you submit a sister thread to market movers, called 'market movers of concern' in which you highlight market moves of concern to you. You are of close much closer to the betting action than I am and can see who backs what, by how much, whether bets are declined or cut by the bookmakers. Given your previous comment on a market movers thread belittling my knowledge I wouldn't feel qualified to assess such moves but you surely would. The sort of thing I had in mind would be, for example, where the owner of Dog A, who has a decent chance according to the opening show, backs Dog B for a big amount and that dog wins or runs very well whilst Dog A doesn't. That sort of thing.
What do you say, Paul?
Actually, Benny is not correct in suggesting that I back dogs for a living. I'm not that dumb and am in the fortunate position where backing dogs is just a hobby. However, I fully recognize that there are individuals, or cliques of individuals, who do rely on gambling for their living. Many of these individuals want things all their own way. They require a standard of behaviour from others which on some occasions that are not prepared to adhere to themselves.
All this reminds me of the saying 'the pot calling the kettle black'.
