Cross of Honour, 5/2 to 9/4, trapped best and raced clear but led only to the last bend and finished third. Grandmasterflash, 9/2 to 4s, was paceless to the bend and after checking m/wide between bends one and two was a long way behind at the second. He chased on to finish fifth.
Race 3 Grade A9 Time 29.76
Tyrur Fernando, 7/2 to 5/2, made a poor start but managed to turn in second place before putting in a challenge at the third. He found no extra and finished third.
Race 4 Grade A5 Time 28.97
Kit was backed at the opening price of 4/5 but moved out to evens following a bit of late support for Tracey at 4s. The latter came out running and with some purpose pushing the quick starting favourite aside as she moved middle/rails on the run to the bend quickly building a winning lead in the process. After gaining a modicum of composure Kit moved to the middle at the bend and suffered crowding at the first and second bends which left her back in fourth place with a lot to do. She stayed on coming round the outside of her rivals off the last bend and finished third. She wants a wider trap.
Race 5 Grade A6 Time 28.95
Late money for Richly Deserved, 7/4 to 6/4, who was handy at the first bend but found the winner quickening much better round the first two bends leaving Deserved in second place off the second bend. Race 6 Grade A7 Time 29.10
Trade Maddie, 2s to 7/4, found herself back in fifth place at the second as a result of her slovenly early pace and missed break. She was crowded between bends three and four and stayed on late to finish a well beaten second. Tyrur Aaron was backed at 11/8 but drifted to 6/4 and finished third. He failed to lead and held second place to the run in.
Race 7 Grade OR Time 36.15
The race was ruined by the fall of Round Woman who was in the process of leading the bend when taking a tumble. The resulting ruckus saw Longwood Warrior, 7/4 to 6/4, back in fourth place at the second bend and he then produced a nice turn of foot up the rails to lead between bends three and four. He won easily in the end. Jack Relax, backed at 5s, was badly crowded at the bend and turned in fifth place. He had made a bit of progress to the fifth when he was forced to check back. He finished fifth.
Race 9 Grade A4 Time 29.04

Race 10 Grade A1 Time 28.39
Slippery Jimmy, backed from a stingy 4/5 to an even stingier 8/11, made a slow start before producing a nice turn of early pace to be handy at the bend. He railed well and assertively to be handy at the second where his two main challengers crowded allowing Jimmy to quicken clear.
Race 12 Grade S3 Time 36.74
Efceervolution, 11/4 to 9/4, was very handy between bends one and two and turned a handy second. She was crowded at the third bend and coming off the fourth bend the red sheet moved alongside her. By the sough one wondered whether the bitch was held but she ran on once she turned into the straight and won comfortably in the end. Zulu Hondo, 11/4 to 2s, turned in third place and was bumped at the third when making a forward move. He found little from the last bend and finished fourth.
Race 13 Grade A2 Time 28.62
Cheveton, 4s to 2s, got into a tussle with the debutant orange sheet and they raced together to the halfway point where the latter took a slight lead. Cheveton came back to put in a challenge between the last two bends before the newcomer got the upper hand at the last bend and won nicely from Cheveton. Bowtime Jack, missed the break, took a crowd at the first bend and kept on well for third place.
